Jaydene is a registered psychologist who completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Western Australia and Masters in Industrial and Organisational Psychology at Murdoch University. She is passionate about the application of psychology to both personal and work settings.
With a wealth of experience across a variety of roles and industry sectors, Jaydene has previously partnered with world leading organisations including the Australian Association of Social Workers, the National Disability Insurance Scheme and Family and Community Services NSW. Jaydene brings high levels of insight into the factors that contribute to workplace performance and outcomes, and specifically strategies to prevent stress, burnout, and mental health conditions at work.
Jaydene is on a mission to apply principles of psychology to help people, teams and organisations be proactive in promoting their performance and supporting their health and wellbeing. She believes in using a robust, evidence based approach in achieving the best outcomes. Jaydene enjoys building strong relationships with clients to form a holistic understanding for their needs. She is always looking for new opportunities to diagnose issues and provide strategic and effective solutions.
Jaydene is Medicare and WorkCover accredited. She also provides services under Private Health Insurance.
